This Hungarian-style paprika is made from ground sweet peppers that are then blended with a combination of several pungent peppers to give it its signature flavor. The peppers are harvested then sorted to ensure only the best ones are used for this particular blend; this variety has a spicy-but-not-too-hot flavor and a Scoville rating of 2,500-5,000 Heat Units.
