Coastal Butter Blend

Real butter, lemon, warm nutmeg, and cinnamon mix with celery salt, paprika, mustard, and cayenne to create our version of a traditional seafood (and everything else) seasoning. We take all the fresh garnishes you typically find with a seafood boil and mix them right into this rich, herbaceous and savory blend. 

You first taste low heat and rich notes from the paprika, hint of cayenne and butter to create a mouthwatering experience. Then you get bright, earthy and warm flavors from clove, nutmeg, cinnamon and a finish of lemon granules that melt in your mouth.

Use this ultra-versatile, bold and balanced butter blend on poultry, pork, pasta, leafy greens, brussels sprouts, corn, root veggies, compound butters, dressings, sauces, Bloody Marys, deviled eggs, popcorn, avocado toast, and of course, seafood.
